The Hobie Twist & Stow Rudder Adapter replaces your Hobie® rudder with a j1 Bixpy Rudder and Jet. Steering is done using your Hobie® steering system. No holes, no kayak modifications and simple Plug and Play installation!

Note, this rudder adapter is only compatible with Hobie Twist and Stow rudders (Sport, Revolution, Outback (pre 2019), Outfitter and Oasis). Not recommended for Inflatable Hobie® Kayaks and this adapter won’t fit Hobie Pro Angler, Passport, Compass, 2019+ Outbacks and Island Series kayaks. Compatible with Bixpy J1 motors only (see: Twist & Stow Rudder Bixpy J2 / K1 Adapter).
