Notes about Ordering, Delivery and Redeeming SLH Gift Vouchers

  1. Please include the recipient name into the “recipient name” field
  2. Enter the recipients email address into the “recipient email address” field (note: if the email address is incorrect online redemption will not work)
  3. If you would like us to include a friendly message with the voucher, please write the text you want us to include in the “Write Message” field
  4. Type the dollar amount into the “value” field
  5. Please select “Deliver by Email” if a digital copy is all you need
  6. Please select “Deliver by Auspost” if you want a printed copy sent to you

Redeeming Gift Vouchers:

  • SLH Gift Vouchers can be redeemed in-store, over the phone and online via our website
  • To redeem a Gift Voucher online, the recipient must copy the voucher number into the coupon code box in the shopping cart during checkout. This will generate a discount to the value of the voucher. Note: order value must be equivalent or more than the voucher value to work
