SLH accepts mail orders via our website, email or phone inquiry. We ship domestically via Australia Post (Eparcel and Express services available and internationally (via DHL Worldwide Express). Our checkout offers Paypal Payments (including Paypal Pay-in-4 feature) and Secure Credit Card payments.
Phone orders
Placing an order via phone is the simplest method to place an order if you are uncertain about which product you really want or need and require guidance. We can process credit card transactions on the spot and in most cases ship out your purchase the same day.
Online Mail Orders
Orders placed on our website are treated with the same care and urgency we provide customers in-store. Rest assured your order will be processed and dispatched promptly and you will receive tracking information via email.
Domestic orders generally ship via Australia Post using eParcel, with standard or express shipping options available for most products (batteries, aerosols and large / heavy items excluded). Postage costs are calculated at checkout and are based on the size, weight and shipping destination
Free shipping available for orders with a retail value amount exceeding $300 (out of stock & heavy / bulky items excluded)
Note: Some items cannot be shipped via Australia Post due to size and in most cases these products will be delivered via courier. Products that have to be sent via courier are specified on their respective product pages.
Australia Post Shipping Times
In most instances orders are dispatched the same day, providing we receive the order by 11:00AM. This generally gives us enough time to pack and process orders in time for the daily post pick up, which occurs daily at around midday.
Australia Post have a shipping delivery time calculator that is a reasonable guide to go by. We provide tracking info for all orders shipped by Australia Post (check spam folder if you don’t see it in your inbox). Tracking info is available when the parcel is dispatched.
Courier Shipping Times
Courier shipping times vary from carrier to carrier and we use numerous carriers depending on the service required. Where possible we will use Couriers Please, which has a delivery service comparable to Australia Post Express. Parcels that need to be sent via courier are typically dispatched the day after we receive the order.
Tracking info is provided for courier shipping when the parcel is dispatched. Note, Couriers do not deliver to PO Boxes.
International Shipping Services & Costs
Tax exempt pricing is available for international customers. Tax free pricing will be calculated automatically during checkout.
International orders ship via DHL Worldwide Express, which we have found to be the fastest and most reliable for international deliveries. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and are based on the quantity, size and weight of items ordered. Orders are dispatched quickly and tracking information updates are provided by DHL
Note: We do not offer international shipping on large & heavy items. If you are trying to calculate shipping costs in our cart / checkout and see the message: no shipping options were found for your address it is because the product you are trying to order is too bulky and heavy for us to send internationally.

Returns
SLH will accept returns for exchange or refund under Australian Consumer Laws. SLH will cover the postage cost of return in cases where the product arrives damaged / faulty or is otherwise sent in error.
