The Bixpy Hand Steering is a compact system which provides steering for the
Universal Kayak / Canoe and
Universal Rudder Adapters. This steering system can also be used for non-Bixpy applications, however, it is not recommended for motors larger than 30 lb in thrust or motors that weigh considerately more than the Bixpy Jets (which only weigh 2 lb).
The Bixpy Hand Steering provides 1.4″ (36mm) of line travel in each direction (left and right), an ideal distance for rudders, but not great for larger motors that require more travel.
