We are often asked if we sell online to international customers. We do ship internationally regularly (via DHL), but there are limitations on parcel size and weight.
International Shipping Options
In the vast majority of cases we will ship International orders via DHL Express. We have found their responsiveness to be the fastest and their tracking system is superior to everything else we have tried.
International Shipping Destinations
We currently offer limited international shipping to selected countries. We’re working on adding more countries as we find time to investigate potential shipping costs in various destinations. If our shopping cart doesn’t currently offer any shipping options for anything you to add any items to cart, contact us to let us know.
Shipping Parcel Size Limitations
Please note: there are restrictions on the dimensions and weight we can send internationally. Products that are too big to send internationally will prevent checkout if they are present in the cart. If you have attempted to order something that is too big for us to send Internationally, you will be greeted with a message during checkout that reads: ‘no shipping options available’

Shipping costs are determined by the size and weight of a parcel and the customer destination. Shipping costs are calculated automatically during checkout
