Delivery of Mail Orders

Domestic orders are shipped via Australia Post. We make every effort to dispatch orders promptly and in most cases orders are dispatched the same day. Tracking info will be provided when a parcel has been processed for dispatch (check spam / trash folder if you don’t see this notification). International orders are shipped via DHL. Delivery times vary depending on the delivery destination. Delivery ETAs are displayed on the cart page when you use the shipping cost calculator.

We use DHL’s own live rate shipping cost calculator to determine shipping costs.

Please note, the shipping cost displayed at checkout covers only the transportation fees charged by DHL. It does not include any customs duties, tariffs, taxes, or additional charges that may be applied by your country’s customs authorities upon delivery. These fees vary by destination and are the responsibility of the recipient. Please contact your local customs office for more information.

Products and Pricing

All prices are shown in Australian Dollars (AUD) and include Goods and Services Tax (GST).

Sales tax does not apply for International customers, who can use the shipping cost calculator on our cart page to see tax free pricing on individual products.

Prices, product descriptions, and availability are subject to change without notice. We strive to ensure accuracy but are not liable for errors in pricing or product information unless required by law. Additional fees (e.g., shipping) will be clearly displayed at checkout, except for any customs duties, tariffs, taxes, or additional charges that may be applied by customs in your country. Please contact your local customs office before placing an order for more information.

If a pricing error occurs we may cancel your order and issue a full refund.

Orders

Orders are placed through our website and are subject to acceptance. We réserve the right to reject orders due to stock unavailability, suspected fraud, or other reasons.

A contract is formed when you receive an order confirmation email or when your order is dispatched.

You are responsible for providing accurate order details, including delivery address. We are not liable for delays or non-delivery due to incorrect information

Payment & Refunds

We accept payment through our website via Paypal, as well as Credit / Debit cards (Visa, Mastercard) using the Stripe payment processor platform. Payment is processed at the time of order placement and all transactions are secure and comply with Australian privacy and security standards.

In the event we need to refund your payment, we will process the refund through the same payment system used to place the order. Paypal refunds are instant. Credit / Debit Card payment refunds are issued through Stripe and can usually take 3 – 5 days before reappearing on your statement.

Returns

Customer satisfaction is our priority – if you’re not happy, we’re not happy. So rest assured if you purchase from us we’ll do our best to make sure you don’t end up with buyers regret. If you purchase the wrong item, or simply decide you’d rather not keep the item you ordered, simply return it to us within 30 days of purchase for a refund or replacement. See details below.

Items You Decide Not to Keep

If you are dissatisfied with an item for any reason and decide not to use it, we will gladly replace or exchange the item or refund the amount you paid for the cost of the product returned. You may return items you decide not to keep within 30 days, providing these items are unused and in new saleable condition. You can return items to us in-store or by posting them back to us.

Please note, postage costs will not be refunded on returns, unless we have supplied the wrong product, or the items are damaged or defective.

Incorrectly Supplied Items

If we sent you the wrong item please contact us via email or by phone to let us know so we can rectify the issue ASAP. In these instances we will send you the correct item (at our expense) and will include a pre-paid self-addressed Parcel Post Satchel for you to send the item back to us.

Items Damaged in Shipping or Defective

Although we package every order carefully to prevent damage in transit, occasionally an item will arrive damaged or defective. Often there is no need to return damaged or defective items. If your goods arrived damaged or are defective in some way, contact us so we can rectify the problem ASAP. Replacements for items damaged in shipping will be shipped at no additional cost.

Australian Consumer Law (ACL)

Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the ACL. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if they fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.
