Low Profile Thru-Hull Hobie Pedal Drive Adapter for Bixpy K-1 Motors

If you’d rather your Bixpy put in all the effort instead of your legs, you can use this adapter to mount a Bixpy K-1 Motor into the drive well of your pedal kayak. This simple swap allows you to give your legs a rest while simultaneously extending your range with clean electric power. Supplied with Bixpy Propeller Housing with reduced width for a better fit (required for most kayaks)

No drilling, no hassle installation. Now fits more kayaks including:

  • All roto-molded Hobie® kayaks with Mirage Drive (excluding Hobie 360 Kayaks)
  • Vibe Kayaks with X-Drive
  • Pelican Kayaks with HD Drive
* The Bixpy K-1 will not always fit into the Pedal Drive well in Hobie Lynx, i-Trek or thermoformed Passport models kayaks. The pedal drive wells in Hobie kayaks are low tolerance pieces that vary from kayak to kayak and although in some cases, the K-1 will fit into the wells, this is not the case for all kayaks. A stern or rudder mount option might be a better way to go if you own one of these models (see related items)
