The Makana 100 is a compact kayak that prioritizes comfort, stability with future-proof propulsion options. Packed with features geared towards kayak anglers and a hull weight of only 25kg, the Makana 100 is a lean, mean fishin’ machine!

At 33″ width the Makana offers plenty of confidence inspiring stability and at 10′ length the Makana maneuvers effortlessly thanks to the rudder / skeg steering & tracking system. Featuring the comfortable Hero Seat 2.0, four gear tracks, two flush-mount rod holders, and ample storage with a rear storage well, an 8-inch hatch, the Makana 100 is good to go for ambitious aquatic adventures on both fresh or saltwater.

The standard Vibe Makana kayak package comes fitted with a Versa pod for water-tight storage, and this can be replaced with an optional pedal drive pod, providing the owner with an option to upgrade to a Vibe X-Drive Pedal system, Vibe Impulse Propeller drive, MirageDrive or even a Bixpy electric motor.

Vibe Makana 100 Raven Pro X-Drive

Fitted with Vibe X-Drive pod and the fin powered X-Drive, the Vibe Makana 100 is effortlessly and efficiently propelled, making it easier to reach destinations that would otherwise be out of range with a paddle alone. Alternatively you can just add an X-Drive pod and fit your own pedal drive (check with us to insure compatibility) or Bixpy Motor.

Vibe Makana 100 with Impulse Propeller Drive

Fitted with Vibe’s propeller powered Impulse Drive, the Vibe Makana 100 is capable of pedaling forwards and backwards effortlessly and efficiently, making this a highly maneuverable kayak that lends itself to fishing in confined inland waterways (not recommended for usage in very shallow water).

The Vibe Impulse Drive Pedal Kit provides efficient propulsion with instant reverse capability to the Makana 100 kayak. The Impulse Drive is a propeller-driven system that effortlessly propels your kayak forward & backwards, will easily hold in current and wind, reverse in tight spots, and maneuver like never before.
